Launch of New Web Platform

SUMITOMO ELECTRIC Hartmetall GmbH is pleased to announce the launch of its new multilingual web platform, providing customers across Europe and Africa with easier access to product information, technical resources, and digital services.

 

Developed to support engineers and manufacturing professionals using cutting tools and related products, the platform has been designed to simplify access to the information required for efficient, data-driven technical decision-making. Through improved navigation and enhanced functionality, users can more easily find relevant products, technical documentation, and supporting resources.

 

One of the platform's key improvements is its advanced product search capability. By selecting product categories and applying search filters, users can quickly identify cutting tools that match their specific requirements. Product information and technical data, including CAD files, are available for download without registration.

 

Customers can also create a free Visitor account to access additional features such as personalized favorites lists and simplified sharing of product information. Registration is free of charge and can be completed at any time.

 

The platform is now available in multiple languages to better serve customers throughout Europe and Africa. SUMITOMO ELECTRIC Hartmetall GmbH will continue to expand the available content, resources, and functionality to further enhance the user experience and provide additional value to customers.

 

Online ordering and Inventory check functionality is currently under preparation and will be announced separately once available.

 

With this launch, SUMITOMO ELECTRIC Hartmetall GmbH further strengthens its commitment to supporting customers through innovative digital services, technical expertise, and easy access to the information needed to optimize manufacturing performance.
